To the Descendents of Frederick W. Cox:

We are the owners of the Frederick Walter Cox home in Manti, Utah. We have owned the property for about 2 1/2 years. We bought it with the intention to maintain it, and attract better tenants, and then work to have it rezoned so that each unit could become a condominium with individual owners.

We have continued to rent the apartments and have done what improvements we could afford- new windows, new carpet and new paint in some of the units, and replacement of some appliances. We have tried hard to find good tenants who will respect the property and pay rent on time.
